课题组介绍

厦门大学健康医疗大数据国家研究院,成立于2018年9月,由中国卫生信息与健康医疗大数据学会和厦门大学联合发起建设。研究院以促进卫生健康事业发展,提高人民群众获得感为宗旨,通过自主创新和跨学科合作,产生一批国内领先,国际一流的具有良好产业转化价值研究成果,并推动健康医疗大数据相关研究成果的转化。研究所将致力于培养健康医疗大数据领军人才和创新人才,为健康医疗大数据产业的健康发展提供人才和技术支持, 为推进“健康中国”、“数字中国”建设贡献力量。

学科定位

以现代医学、生物学和公共卫生管理等理论为基础,以数理统计、人工智能和大数据分析平台技术为手段,通过数据建模、挖掘以及分析等办法,构建基于大数据的医学知识本体,从健康医疗大数据本身的有效信息中探求人的生命和疾病现象的本质及其规律,制定更有效的诊断、治疗和健康管理方案。

研究领域

主要从事针对肿瘤基因组的转化医学研究,运用统计学模型从遗传多态性、体细胞变异、表观基因组学和基因表达等多组学数据中寻找与肿瘤分型、预后及靶向治疗敏感性等临床特征有关的决定因子并解释其调控机制;在此基础上建立基于多组学关联的复杂网络模型,应用人工智能方法发现新的肿瘤驱动基因。入选国家高层次人才项目,厦门市“双百计划”和厦门市高层次人才专项等。
